De Bruyne and Gundogan’s category is for the single most game-changing performance by an individual during the 2021/22 season.
De Bruyne’s nomination is for his four-goal haul against Wolves earlier this month – and deservedly so.
It was an unbelievable performance by the Belgian who also struck the woodwork during the 5-1 at Molineux.
Gundogan’s nomination is still fresh in the memory!
After coming as substitute against Aston Villa last Sunday, his title-winning brace of goals helped City turn a 2-0 deficit into a 3-2 victory.
