Ahead of the return of the Premier League, the latest Scout Report for Fantasy Premier League has landed.

Enzo Maresca’s Blues travel to Liverpool on Sunday 11 October, with kick-off in Merseyside set for 16:30 (UK).

It will be our first game back following a prolonged international break where a handful of City stars have been working hard representing their nations across various competitions and friendlies.

And with two titans going head-to-head, it’s another staple fixtures FPL managers will be looking to navigate to the best of their abilities this weekend.

With that in mind, here is our Gameweek 6 report ahead of the 11:00 (UK) deadline on Saturday 10 October.

City Star

Rayan Cherki (£7.8m) is our second highest FPL points scorer this season with only Erling Haaland (£15.6m) having returned more points than the midfielder.

Cherki’s 34 points ranks him third amongst the midfielders in the game for points, with him averaging 6.5 points per start.

Cherki has had nine shots in the league this season, averaging one every 34.2 minutes. Only Haaland has had more shots in the City team than Cherki in the opening five gameweeks.

He has also created 12 chances for his teammates, which is a team leading total.  Of these three have been classified as OPTA-big chances.

The midfielder also has a good route to points having taken nine corners and two free kicks in the opening five matches of the season.

One to Watch

Alexander Isak (£9.1m) is Liverpool’s top-scoring player in Fantasy this season.

The forward has registered 33 points this season, however, is a doubt for Gameweek 6 having returned early from international duty with Sweden.

Differentials

Elsewhere, Thierno Barry (£5.7m) and Charalampos Kostoulas (£5.6m) are low-owned gems who have good potential in Gameweek 6.

Everton’s Barry scored in Gameweek 5 and has had 17 shots this season which, of the forwards, only City’s own Haaland can better.

Brighton’s Koutoulas has registered back-to-back double-digit points returns in his last two matches.

The forward has two goals, two assists and three bonus points in those fixtures.
