Former City favourite Glyn Pardoe is recovering from a heart attack in hospital.

Glyn was taken ill on Wednesday but is reported to be in a comfortable condition.

He is still the youngest ever debutante for the Blues, being just 15 years and 315 days old when he made his bow against Birmingham City in April 1962. His total of 380 games for City included just two substitute appearances.

Everyone at the Club would like to join all City fans in wishing Glyn a full and speedy recovery.
