Sane returns as Blues make four changes

City make four changes from the side that beat Newcastle United 2-1 a fortnight ago.

The champions will be looking to maintain a 100% home record this season, following wins over Huddersfield Town and the Magpies.

John Stones is replaced by Nicolas Otamendi, Fabian Delph replaces Benjamin Mendy, Leroy Sane is in for Riyad Mahrez and Bernardo Silva replaces Gabriel Jesus.

City line-up:

Ederson, Walker, Laporte, Otamendi, Delph, Fernandinho, Silva, Bernardo, Sterling. Aguero, Sane

Subs: Muric, Zinchenko, Foden, G Jesus, Mahrez, Stones, Gundogan

 

 

Formation:

It looks like the Blues will go 4-3-3 against Fulham.

The Blues will be keen to test a defence that is yet to keep a shut-out this campaign and has conceded nine goals in four games.

Sane and Sterling are likely to provide the attacking width to support Sergio Aguero, while David Silva, Bernardo and Fernandinho in midfield.

Otamendi makes his first start of the campaign, as does Delph.
