City receive two Goal of the Month nominations

DEMOLITION DERBY: Ilkay Gundogan celebrates after sealing victory for City

DEMOLITION DERBY: Ilkay Gundogan celebrates after sealing victory for City

Two Manchester City goals have been nominated for November’s Carling Goal of the Month award.

Leroy Sane’s strike in the 4-0 win over West Ham has been shortlisted.

The German controlled Fernandinho’s ball into the box, produced a fine piece of individual skill to beat Fabian Balbuena, before slotting the ball past Lukasz Fanianski.

And our brilliant 44-pass goal in the 3-1 win over Manchester United, finished off by Ilkay Gundogan, is also on the list.

You can vote for the winner by visiting the Carling website.

Congratulations to Leroy and Ilkay for their well-deserved nominations!
