City trio nominated for Player of the Month award

THREE CHEERS: Raheem Sterling, David Silva and Leroy Sane are in the running for November's EA Sports Premier League Player of the Month award

THREE CHEERS: Raheem Sterling, David Silva and Leroy Sane are in the running for November's EA Sports Premier League Player of the Month award

Leroy Sane, Raheem Sterling and David Silva have all been nominated for the EA Sports Premier League Player of the Month award for November.

Sane scored three goals and weighed in with two assists last month, producing a man-of-the-match display in City’s 4-0 win at West Ham.

Sterling’s three goals and three assists – including two of each in the 6-1 win over Southampton – have seen him deservedly shortlisted.

And Silva’s imperious displays against Southampton, Manchester United and West Ham, which saw him score a goal in each, mean he, too, has been nominated.

It's a fitting reward for a fine November that saw is win all three of our Premier League fixtures.

The trio face competition from Felipe Anderson (West Ham), Lucas Digne (Everton), Andrew Robertson (Liverpool) and Moussa Sissoko (Tottenham) for the award.

Congratulations to all three on their well-deserved nominations!
