Vincent Kompany could be set for his first international appearance since October 2015 after being called up to the Belgium squad for their upcoming games.
The 31-year old will be hoping to be selected for the fixtures against Czech Republic and Estonia.
The centre back finished the 2016/17 campaign with a flourish as he excelled in the City defence as Pep Guardiola's side secured their place in the 2017/18 Champions League.
Joining Kompany in the squad is Kevin De Bruyne, who will also be looking to continue his 2016/17 form as Belgium look to increase their lead at the top of Group H in the 2018 World Cup UEFA qualifiers.
Former City player Dedryck Boyata has also been included in the squad.
Roberto Martinez's side take on Czech Republic in a friendly on 5 June before travelling to Estonia for their qualifier on 9 June.
