Man City Esports are delighted to announce the signing of Fortnite star Iwo ‘Setty’ Zajac for the 2024 competitive season.

The Polish Pro Player has joined the Club after recently playing for Tundra Esports in 2023.

Better known as Setty in the Fortnite competitive scene, the keyboard and mouse extraordinaire is best known for winning the Fortnite Champions Series Invitational in Raleigh, North Carolina in November 2022, securing his second FNCS title.

His first FNCS title came in 2021 when he won the Chapter 2 Season 8 finals alongside Kami & Teeq as well as being crowned Dreamhack Sweden champion.

In his most recent competition, Setty placed second in the FNCS Global Championship with his regular duo Kami, who he has totalled around 3000 competitive appearances with, and accumulated over $1.1 million in prize money over the past five years.

It’s the 20-year-olds first time representing a sports organisation. Setty began his career in the pro scene in 2018 with Vex Esport before joining Grom.F1rst later in the year. Short stints with 300 Spartans and Spectrum ESC were followed by a two-year stay with Become Legends.

Now in his fifth year of competing in front of millions of Fortnite fans, Setty is looking forward to the challenge of becoming the first Man City Esports player to lift the FNCS trophy.

“I’m really excited to be representing Man City Esports and can’t wait to get started wearing the shirt,” said Setty.

Everyone at Manchester is delighted to welcome Setty to the Club and we wish him the very best of luck in his Fortnite competitions during his time at Man City Esports.
