On Friday, September 8, CITC hosted ‘City Through a Lens – The Treble Collection’.
The event, the first of its kind for CITC, showcased original pieces from the Manchester City photography team.
Held in the Tunnel Club of the Etihad Stadium, ten iconic photos from the Treble Winning season were signed and on offer for people to bid on.
Guests enjoyed food and drinks, visits to the first team changing room, pitch-side and photos with the Treble trophies, along with the newest trophy to the cabinet, the UEFA Super Cup.
City in the Community were joined on the night by host Natalie Pike and Club photographers Tom Flathers, Lexy Ilsley, Isaac Parkin, and Declan Lloyd who took part in a Q&A for guests, along with Managing Director of Operations Danny Wilson and Head of CITC Mike Geary.
All proceeds raised from the auction will help to empower healthier lives through football in the Greater Manchester community.
Senior Partnership Manager, Sam Dainty said: "It was a great evening to welcome fans and CITC supporters to get a unique insight into the creative side of the club photography team.
“It has been amazing to hear the stories of how some of these iconic images have been captured and getting an in-depth perspective of what it's like to be behind the lens.
“A huge thank you to Tom and the team for showcasing their talents, ultimately raising considerable funds for City in the Community."
