Inspired by City’s passionate legion of fans and their proud singing of the Club’s anthem, this away kit for 2015-16 carries a print of the moon at night on both sleeves.
With the sleeves featuring lunar graphics in shades of blue, the rest of the kit draws together shades of the colour to create a distinctive and stylish aesthetic.
The body of the shirt is a rich dark navy blue, with sleeves and shoulders in a subtly contrasting hue. The kit is enlivened with electric blue detailing, this lighter colour representing a modernised take on Manchester City’s iconic sky blue.
Electric blue features in a trim around the back of the lightweight dark navy blue crew neck collar, and also runs down each of the shirt’s flanks in a slim stripe. These stripes continue down both sides of the otherwise dark navy blue shorts.
