Manchester City is proud to introduce the Local Resident Tickets scheme, giving eligible local residents the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets for home matches at the Etihad Stadium.
Thousands of discounted tickets will be made available throughout the 2026/27 season for Premier League fixtures, with selected domestic and European cup matches also included. There will be between 100 and 500 reserved tickets available for each match, allocated via a random ballot.

No Matchday Membership is required to apply – you simply need a free Cityzens account and an eligible address.
Local residents living in one of the following Manchester City Council wards, which immediately surround the Etihad Campus, are eligible to apply:
Before you can enter ticket ballots, you’ll need to complete a quick registration process so we can verify that your address is within the eligible area. In most cases this can be completed online in just a few minutes.

Fans who confirmed their address before Tuesday 18 Aug, 23:59 (UK) can enter the available Local Resident Ticket ballots here:
If you confirmed your address after this deadline, you will be eligible to enter ballots for future matches.
Key dates for upcoming ballots will be published on this page and emailed to eligible fans once fixture dates and kick-off times have been confirmed by the Premier League.
Fans should ensure they are opted in to Club News and Ticketing to receive all ticketing updates.
