Key Information
Extraordinary Experience guests will be contacted ahead of their matchday with an outlined schedule of the day including arrival timings and a detailed itinerary.
All other onsite hospitality suites and Campus Hospitality open three (3) hours before kick-off unless communicated otherwise.
Offsite Hospitality packages open four (4) hours before kick-off unless communicated otherwise.
Please note Campus and offsite hospitality is pre-match only and there will be no post-match hospitality in these areas.
Onsite Hospitality will remain open for one (1) hour post-match with the exception of The Tunnel Club Premier which will remain open for two (2) hours post-match.
KITS and Joe's bar(s) will open two (2) hours pre-match in line with general admission turnstiles.

Please note the City football academy and Media zone hospitality will take place at the Manchester City Academy across the road from the stadium prior to entering the Etihad stadium for the match.
It is the responsibility of the lead booker to communicate the dress code to all guests in attendance.

Tunnel Club Ground & Citizens: More of a relaxed & casual vibe (No shorts, football tops or caps)

Please note that away merchandise or any form of away support is not allowed in hospitality areas.
For children under 12 the dress code applicable to adults as stated above does not apply, with the exception of restrictions around the away teams merchandise and colours.

Car parking can be pre booked online or by contacting a member of the sales team.
Please note, off-site hospitality packages do not include car parking.
Some hospitality suites operate on a shared table basis unless the table is purchased in full. Both Legends and Citizens operate on a shared table basis. Please be aware that you may be required to share your table with other guests.
All hospitality areas are located within the home areas of the Stadium. Guests must not openly support the opposition, must respect their surroundings, and must not wear away club colours, including scarves. Failure to comply may result in guests being refused entry to, or removed from, the stadium.
Seasonal members are responsible for the conduct of their guests and may be subject to sanctions, including bans, should guest behaviour be deemed inappropriate.
