Manchester City Football Programmes is expanding its offering for young players across Greater Manchester with the launch of the new Development squads.

Students from around the world can now apply for the Man City Undergraduate Summer Programme, a four-week experience that brings you inside the fast-paced world of football business.

Kirsty McDonald, from County Monaghan, Ireland, was among the participants who took part in the Next Gen Summer Programme in 2025, gaining first-hand insight into the world of sport and business at Manchester City.

This summer, young players have the chance to train at the world-class City Football Academy in Manchester - and for a limited time, we’re offering a special discount on our girls-only summer residential programmes.
