Travelling to the Joie Stadium

Getting to the Joie Stadium is quick and convenient.
Whether you’re arriving by car, train, bus or tram - the stadium is easily accessible and well connected to the City centre.

Travelling by Car
You can pre-book a parking spot 10 days before matchday on our Blue Car Park (M11 3DW) or Orange Car Park (M11 4TA).
Once you’ve parked, follow Joe Mercer Way toward the Etihad Stadium. Then, head across the Nexen Tyre Bridge to reach the Joie Stadium.

Resident parking scheme
A resident parking scheme is in place in the streets around the Joie Stadium and this is strictly enforced and identified through on-street signage.
Please do not park in these areas as you will be fined and your vehicle may be clamped or removed.
There are a number of satellite car parks around the stadium. The Club does not endorse these car parks.
TRAVELLING BY METROLINK
The Metrolink connects Manchester Piccadilly Station to the Velopark stop and on towards Ashton.
The journey from Manchester Piccadilly takes around 5 minutes.

park & ride
Journeys to the stadium are easy from the many Park & Ride sites on the Metrolink network. Parking is free for Metrolink passengers.
For those traveling from the east or north there are two large Park & Ride car parks located at Ashton West and Ashton Moss.

Travelling by Bus
There are a number of bus stops adjacent to the Joie Stadium.
The stop is the Asda superstore opposite the North Gate entrance.

Travelling by Train
While the Etihad Campus is not accessible directly by train, the site is well connected to Manchester’s main train stations via tram.
Manchester Piccadilly Station, Manchester Victoria Station and Ashburys Station are accessible by foot.

TRAVELLING BY FOOT
Etihad Campus is roughly a 30 minute walk from Manchester city centre.
The walking route is well-lit and signposted to ensure it’s as easy as possible for fans to make their way to the ground.
