The Australia international has been named in City’s starting line-up/came on as a xx-minute substitute, meaning she will become the latest player to make 100 appearances.
Joining the Club ahead of the 2022/23 campaign, Fowler grabbed her first goals in a 6-0 Continental Cup victory against Blackburn Rovers in October 2022.
Perhaps her real breakthrough campaign in the WSL came in 2023/24 though, as Fowler became a regular starter en route to grabbing six goals and nine assists across the campaign.
She also scored our 800th professional goal against Bristol City that season and also holds the distinction of grabbing our 1000th strike on the opening day of 2026/27.
In the following campaign, Fowler was the only City player to hit double figures for goals and assists, before her season ended prematurely with an anterior cruciate ligament injury.
Despite the setback, she enjoyed a remarkable recovery and returned to action in February 2026.
She certainly looks back to her best, with her strikes against Birmingham City and Aston Villa helping us to continue our 100% record in the WSL so far.
This marks yet another major milestone in Fowler’s dazzling career, as she becomes one of only 23 players in our history to rack up a century of appearances.
