The former City midfielder announced in April that she was to retire at the conclusion of the term following a 19-year journey in the game.
And she signed off in style, helping the Blues to the Barclays Women’s Super League and FA Cup double in her final season with the Club.
Coombs spent the majority of her career at City after joining in 2019 and she went on to tally 158 outings for Andrée Jeglertz’s side – the eighth highest in total.

She also earned seven senior international caps for England and was part of the squad who reached the 2023 World Cup final.
During her sparkling time at the Joie Stadium, she enjoyed a swathe of memorable moments including goals in Manchester derbies, training camps in Abu Dhabi and lifting major honours.
