Kerolin Nicoli says she’s relishing the chance to showcase her key attributes in training and on the pitch following her arrival at Manchester City.

The Brazil international’s footballing journey, which has included illustrious spells in her homeland, Spain and the US, has led her to Gareth Taylor’s side, penning a contract that will keep her at the Joie Stadium until the summer of 2028.

Domestically and on the international stage, the 25-year-old forward has impressed with sparkling displays – earning her the NWSL Most Valuable Player award in 2023 when helping North Carolina Courage to the Challenge Cup.

And she’s eager to stamp her authority in England and is hungry to impress in sky blue.

What’s more, she believes the facilities at the City Football Academy will provide the best environment to improve her game.

“I heard a lot that I’m really fast. I really love one against ones, so I’d say [I’m] fast, good ability,” she explained.

“I really love to score a lot of goals.

“I think the facilities, the stadium and everything is really like massive – I think it’s one of the best in the world.

“I’m really excited to be part of the team and also I know I’m going to be in good hands especially with the medical staff.

“So, I’m really excited to start training and do my things.”
