City midfielder Rodrigo never gets bored of winning trophies and says every final as special.

The Spaniard is looking to win his 12th major title when we face Manchester United in the FA Cup final on Saturday at Wembley.

City can become the first team ever to win successive doubles after making history by claiming our fourth Premier League title in a row.

Rodri is expecting a tough challenge in a repeat of last season’s final when two goals from Ilkay Gundogan saw us secure a 2-1 victory and the second part of the Treble.

And it was completed a week later when he scored the winner in our Champions League triumph over Inter in Istanbul.

Such iconic moments are remembered forever, but Rodri says the whole team will need to be at our best for 90 minutes.

“Every final is special for a reason and of course when you win it, it’s special in it’s own way,” he said.

“Last season, Gundo scoring that early goal, it was a good way of starting a final.

“But we know how tough it was, 2-1, it was very close.

“Every final is special and for me it was the Champions League goal.

“We focus on the club mentality because we are going to need all of them and the lads showed they are ready for every challenge and it’s even more when we’re talking about a final.”
