Our Blues take on the Bundesliga outfit tomorrow at the Red Bull Arena with an 20:00 (UK) kick-off.
City have recorded three successive wins over Leipzig, including a thrilling 7-0 victory back in 2022/23 en route to lifting the prestigious Champions League trophy.
However, Foden, facing the media on Tuesday evening ahead of the tie, explained that he expects a dangerous opponent when they meet tomorrow.
“I’ve not watched a lot of them this season, but in the past I played them quite a few times,” began Foden.
“Normally they’re a very good attacking team, on the counter as well.
“They are probably the things we have to look out for, how well they attack and score goals and create. So something to be careful for.”
