Marc Guéhi says City are braced for the challenge of again switching from domestic duties to European demands ahead of Tuesday’s latest UEFA Champions League clash at home to AEK Athens.
With the games coming thick and fast as the Autumn schedule kicks in, City are back in European action just three days after an eventful 3-2 Premier League home win over Ipswich Town.
The respective competitions each bring their own separate demands and challenges.
For Guéhi however its all about adapting and focusing on the next task in hand.
“It can be challenging [preparing for the different styles] but it’s part of our job - we have to adapt as quickly as possible,” Guéhi pointed out at Monday’s pre-match press conference.
“In the Premier League, you can be a bit more aggressive but, in the Champions League, not so much.
“It’s about being detailed with how you play your game.”
