City’s best Premier League moments against Liverpool

A stunning array of goals and saves against Liverpool from previous seasons.

In the latest episode of our series that picks out the best left-footed strikes, right-footed efforts and headers we have scored against Premier League opponents, these clips will take you on a warming trip down memory lane.

Each week, we also have a further two highlights and this week that covers a remarkable double save and a ‘top bins’ free-kick at the Etihad Stadium.

The collection begins with a first City goal for Kiki Musampa in 2005 followed by a beautifully lobbed shot by Sergio Aguero in 2013.

We stay in Manchester for a rocket of a headed goal by Maurizio Gaudino in 1995 followed by a more recent memory of double save by Ederson in 2020.

We round off the collection with another first City goal. This time for Javier Garrido in 2008 whose free-kick is the definition of finding the top corner.
