Presented by Mancunian City fan and DJ Kennedy Taylor, the first episode focuses on this season’s home kit.
The PUMA shirt is inspired by the first top worn by a City side when we moved to the Etihad Stadium in 2003 to celebrate 20 years of our iconic home.
Taylor starts the episode by speaking to historian Dr Gary James, who tells us all about the shirt’s roots in a success of almost 40 years ago.
From there, she meets PUMA representatives Alonso Sanchez and Josele Angulo to discuss how our partner created this year’s number and the little details which make it special.
After that, fan and presenter FG talks about his favourite memories of us this season while wearing the famous sky blue.
We also catch up with defender Esme Morgan, who is a lifelong fan of the Club and even owned the 2003/04 version as a toddler!
From a lifelong Blue, to one of our latest recruits. Mateo Kovacic lets us know the significance of his first home kit and what it means to him to play for this Club.
Finally, Jack Mooney and Billy Astle from Classic Football Shirts dive deep into the hobby of collecting shirts.
