Jesus eager to keep up good form

Gabriel Jesus has admitted his desire to keep up his good form after the Brazilian scored the winner against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

The 24-year-old's 53rd minute strike was enough to seal all three points for Pep Guardiola's men in London - marking the manager's 221st victory as City boss, a new club record.
