Inside City 391: Three wins and a table tennis showdown!

It’s been another busy week for Manchester City...

Victories over Norwich and Sporting CP extended Pep Guardiola's men's incredible run to 19 wins in our last 21 matches.

A trip to Carrow Road kicked things off for City, with a Raheem Sterling hat-trick helping us to a comfortable 4-0 triumph in East Anglia.

Less than 24 hours later, a record Academy Stadium crowd witnessed a memorable Women's Super League Manchester Derby win - topped off by a truly spectacular Caroline Weir strike.

Indeed, the midfielder describes her goal in City's 1-0 win over Manchester United as 'a bit naughty' when watching it back for the first time after the game!

After the blood and thunder of a local Derby, a similarly intense battle raged on the ping pong table on Monday evening between Riyad Mahrez and Raheem Sterling as Guardiola's men prepared for a Champions League last 16 clash away to Sporting.

City would run out 5-0 winners in Lisbon, toppling a number of impressive records in the process.

And after a thoroughly deserved victory, the players took part in a recovery and spa session before making the journey back to Manchester ahead of Tottenham's Premier League visit on Saturday.

All that and more in the latest edition of Inside City!
