As always, with Jack, nothing is dull and our popular winger reveals some of the things and folk that have helped him along the way.
First off, Jack speaks about his former Villa team-mate Gabriel Agbonlahor and how their friendship grew.
Asked why people find Jack so approachable, he says: “I’m not sure, really. Maybe it’s because I have no filter and if fans can relate me, great”
His famed loved of Bovril is discussed: “You can’t wrong with Bovril. Not sure about hot Vimto, though!”
Then there are his DJ lessons that he admits are ‘not easy’ - but adds it’s something he really enjoys.
We look at his famous great grandfather - Billy Garrity - who played for Villa and England and also discuss when his headband first appeared.
“I think it was when Villa came back to the Premier League, but I didn’t wear one in Championship,” he reveals.
Jack talks about his dog and how she is “always there no matter, what your mood is - they just give you all that love back.”
He also reveals how, when close to tears, winning the Champions League suddenly hit him: “I was a quite emotional moment and it felt like everything I’d been through in my life had been rewarded.
“I’m so lucky to have been able to do a lot of the things in my life that I have - play for England, captain Villa and play for a club like Man City - and hopefully there is lots more to come.”
