In total, he clocked up a half-Century of appearances of our 58 games in all competitions, scoring 13 goals and providing seven assists.
He deservedly earned a place in the PFA Team of the Year, as well as a nomination for City’s Player of the Season, and also unsurprisingly scooped the Club’s Nissan Goal of the Season award for a sensational volleyed effort against Aston Villa – one that will live long in the memory!
