Pep Guardiola says he and his City players are braced for a tough challenge from Fulham in Sunday’s FA Cup fourth round clash at the Etihad.

In the wake of the Cottagers' relegation from the Premier League last season, Scott Parker’s side have impressed in the Championship this term and currently lie third in the table.

“What I saw, it’s a really good team and I like the way they play,” Guardiola declared.

“It’s not easy to be relegated and the year after to be there again.

“We will try and do our best.”
