FULHAM v CITY: Pep Guardiola preview part 2
City boss Pep Guardiola says the Blues have their destiny in their own hands.
At the start of what could be a momentous run-in, the Blues know the run-in has to be as near-perfect as possible to keep the quest for more silverware alive.
"What I learn from experience is to not look too much at the opposition," said Pep.
"I don't know what will happen at Anfield on Sunday or Tottenham as well.
"If you think about that you get distracted. What we have to do tomorrow is to play our game.
"Focus what we have to do and not think what will affect your job.
"Besides, it is still in our hands. I prefer to be in the position we are because it depends on our performance.
"Winning eight games in a row will be tough with the difficult away games we have; every game is so tough. If we are able to suffer and fight for each other, that is all we can do."
