Yaya Toure picked him out and Edin Dzeko made no mistake from eight yards to open the scoring at Selhurst Park in 2014.

The Bosnian got Manchester City off to a great start - scoring after just four minutes - to set up a 2-0 victory for Manuel Pellegrini's men.

The Ivorian midfielder found himself in acres of space on the edge of the Eagles penalty area and made the most of the time to deliver a teasing cross that fell in between two defenders on to the head of his team mate.

It was a dream ball for any forward and Dzeko duly obliged to net his fifth goal in eight games as City's title charge gathered momentum down the stretch.

The result saw City regain control of their own destiny in their quest to lift a second Premier League title – leaving them just three points behind first placed Liverpool, but with a game in hand.
