It's been an incredible season for Manchester City - and we finally got our hands on the Premier League trophy on Sunday!
There were joyous scenes at the Etihad as the players lifted the trophy - our third Premier League title in seven years.
Captain Vincent Kompany did the honours on a sunny afternoon in East Manchester.
City drew 0-0 with Huddersfield in a tight game but afterwards there were wild celebrations on the pitch.
There were bumps for manager Pep Guardiola, before the Catalan boss caught up with Noel Gallagher.
Of course, there was also a rendition of the Yaya-Kolo chant!
City have won the title in style, winning 30 matches (and counting) and scoring 102 goals along the way.
