Our Elite Development Squad currently sit at the PL2 summit but face a difficult prospect when we lock horns with the third-placed Gunners.
The match, which is available to watch live on CITY+, is being played at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium and Oduroh believes the grand setting will bring out the best in him and his teammates.
Indeed, while the defender is braced for a significant challenge against the Gunners, he’s confident that City are well placed to continue our march towards the PL2 crown.
“The mood’s quite high (in the team) because we know we’ve just got one last push to the end of the season,” he told mancity.com ahead of the match.
“We know what we have to do to lift the trophy at the end of the season, we know what it’s going to take so we’re going to push, we’re going to demand of each other so we can have a happy end to the season.
“I think for anyone in the team, not just the starting XI, being in the (Emirates) Stadium is like a first team environment.
“With the fans as well, I think it just adds a bit more to the game. I think that’s motivation not just for me but for every single one of the lads.
“We know it's a big game, we know they're going to come after us.
“They’re also at the top end of the table and we respect that, we respect that they are a good team, and we drew last time.
“They gave us a good test (in the reverse fixture) so obviously we're going to be on top of everything so that we give ourselves the best opportunity to win.”
