City and England star Lauren Hemp is the latest guest on the Official Man City Podcast.

One of the best wingers in world football, Hemp is already incredibly experienced at club and international level at just 23.

Since arriving at City in 2018, she has lifted both the FA Cup and Continental Cup and become one of Gareth Taylor‘s key figures in the hunt for Barclays Women’s Super League success.

For the Lionesses, Hemp was pivotal in the Euro 2022 success in England as well as the run to the 2023 World Cup final.

In this episode, she talks to hosts Rob Pollard and Nedum Onuoha about her early life in the game in Norwich and then at Bristol City.

She also details how Steph Houghton played a key part in her move to Manchester, her pride at receiving an MBE, her appearance on a popular British soap and her skills away from the game.
