The Manchester City squad braved the cold this afternoon at the CFA to continue their preparations for the trip to Bournemouth on Monday evening.
Pep Guardiola put the players through a series of drills, including rondos and some finishing practice, as he looks to fine-tune his side before a game that could see them move into second place in the Premier League, depending on the weekend’s results.
Tottenham, currently one point ahead of City in second, travel to Liverpool for Saturday’s evening kick-off, and failure to take maximum points at Anfield will open the door for City to move up the table.
It’s a vital game, and with Eddie Howe’s side conceding plenty of goals in recent weeks, City will fancy their chances of adding to the nine they’ve scored in their last three outings.
