How sessions are designed
Sessions are structured and progressive, with clear coaching points and lots of time on the ball.
Players learn through practices that reflect real game situations, so technique and decision making develop together.
Age appropriate formats and activities that support learning, development and skills. Progress from small sided games focusing on positioning and technique, through to the 11v11 game.
