Easter weekend marked a special landmark occasion as the Official Supporters Club marked its 75th anniversary with their celebratory annual dinner.

More than 500 Official Supporters Club members, Club staff and former players recently attended the OSC annual dinner where guests were treated to a Q&A with City legend Joleon Lescott, a three-course meal and a fundraising evening in aid of City in the Community.

The evening included a welcome from Director of Operations Danny Wilson as well as CEO of CITC, Mike Geary.

Members from more than 60 branches were in attendance for the event with supporters coming from as far as Bolivia, Brazil, and China.

Asked about the evening, General Secretary of the Official Supporters Club, Kevin Parker, said: “Wow, what another brilliant night on the 75th anniversary of the OSC to help raise funds for CITC.

“A brilliant venue with great food and a mixture of supporters club members from near and far along with former players and City supporting celebrities made it a night to remember. Thank you to all that helped make the evening such a great success.”

The evening ended with an auction and raffle with all proceeds going towards City in the Community.

The raffle and auction included prizes such as a Colin Bell signed frame, a framed full team signed shirt and a Rodri signed Champions League Programme. Collectively, the event raised over £22k for CITC in an incredible night of fundraising.
