SEAT RELOCATES
If you wish to relocate, you should renew your existing seat as above. You will then be given the opportunity to relocate from your existing seat on Monday 22nd May from 9am until 5pm, either online or by calling us.
Ways To Pay
NEW FOR 2023/24: RENEW NOW, PAY LATER
You can now choose to pay for your Season Ticket with a one-off, interest-free Direct Debit instalment. The Direct Debit amount will be taken in July 2023 and you can choose either the 1st or 15th of the month.
By choosing this payment option, you will be enrolled onto our automatic renewal scheme, so you have peace of mind that we will automatically renew your Season Ticket for you for the following season.
You can make payment in full on a debit or credit card any time before the instalment is due in July or simply wait for the payment to be taken from your bank, meaning you have up to 10 weeks to choose to pay for your Season Ticket at a time which works best for you. We will send you reminders to offer you the option to pay early, or notify you of the instalment date.
RENEW NOW AND SPREAD THE COST
If you would prefer to spread the cost, you can pay for your Season Ticket in ten equal monthly instalments starting in July 2023.
Our 10-instalment interest-free option allows you to spread the cost and enrols you onto our auto-renewal scheme for the following season.

Renew your Season Ticket with an upfront payment by choosing to pay in full by debit or credit card no later than 5pm, Monday 15th May 2023.

Platinum Membership
All Gold Season Ticket Members can become a Platinum Member, and enjoy double ticket points.
Gold Membership
Gold Membership secures your seat for all 19 home Premier League games and 190 ticket points on joining.
Value Gold Membership
Value Gold Membership secures your seat for all 19 home Premier League games and 190 ticket points on joining. The stadium seat is allocated by the Club after the renewal window has closed.
Silver Membership
Secure your seat for 14 home Premier League games (excluding Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester United & Tottenham Hotspur), plus 140 ticket points on joining. Please note existing Silver Season Ticket Members cannot change to a 19-match Season Ticket Level such as Gold or Platinum.

CUP FINAL PRIORITY
Cup Scheme members are at the front of the queue for Domestic and European Cup Final tickets.

A guaranteed price cap of £35 on Domestic Cup home games, up to but not including, the quarter finals.
Become a Cup Scheme Member at no initial cost, to guarantee your ticket at the best available prices for our biggest home domestic and European fixtures. Join one, two or three schemes and enjoy the below benefits.
To add a Cup Scheme to your Season Ticket, simply select the scheme(s) you want to join when prompted during the purchase journey.
Season Ticket Members can also opt-in to Cup Schemes in their 'My Account' area after purchasing their Season Ticket, at any point before the following deadline dates:
- Join all three Cup Schemes, by 31st August for the renewal year
- The UEFA Competition Scheme, by 31st August for the renewal year
- The League Cup Scheme, by 31st August for the renewal year
- The FA Cup Scheme, by 30th November for the renewal year
Whilst the first three home domestic Cup matches are included, you will need to join all Cup Schemes to ensure that you automatically receive tickets for all rounds of the respective Cup competitions and received Cup Final priority.
If you do not join the Cup Schemes, you will only receive the first three home domestic Cup matches as part of your package.
SEASON TICKET FLEXIBLITY
For our loyal Season Ticket Members, we know there is only one place that you really want to be on a matchday. However, we understand that sometimes you just cannot make it to the match. We want to encourage fans to ensure their seat does not go unused on a matchday, and are pleased to continue offering the following options.
Ticket Exchange
List your ticket on the Ticket Exchange, and allow a fellow fan the opportunity to see the game you can't attend, whilst earning you money back.
Ticket Transfer
Transfer your ticket to anyone linked in your Friends and Family on your online account.
More Guaranteed Refunds
During 2022/23 we guaranteed refunds on six Premier League matches, when listed on the Ticket Exchange. As part of the ongoing improvements to Ticket Exchange, we will be increasing the number of guaranteed refunds offered to fans when they list their ticket to 12 games (selected fixtures only, to be confirmed in due course). Please note, refunds will only be guaranteed for tickets listed over ten days before the game.
More information on this will be issued ahead of the new season.
Ten Game Policy
We understand it’s not always possible to attend all 19 Premier League home games. For games you can't make, our Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer options allow for other City Fans to cheer on the team.
Please note, Season Ticket Members are required to attend the game, list on the Ticket Exchange, or transfer their ticket for at least ten home Premier League matches a season. If this criteria is not met, you may not be able to continue to use your Season Ticket.
