- Join for the season with an initial membership fee of £150 (adults) / £75 (under 18s) - payable upfront or split over ten months - then pay-as-you-go for Premier League matches throughout the season. Ticket prices for each Premier League fixture will vary according to the opposition.
- Spread the cost. The membership fee can be paid upfront or across ten months, and the match ticket payment is made three weeks out from each fixture - helping to spread the cost across the season.

A Flexi-Gold Season Ticket includes the same guaranteed seat for every home Premier League match fans wish to attend.
Fans can join for the season for an initial Membership fee of £150 (18+ years) / £75 (under 18s). This can be paid in one upfront instalment or in ten equal monthly instalments .
Fans can purchase their guaranteed seat during a three day purchase window, which will open three weeks prior to matchday. A link will be sent via email for fans to purchase their guaranteed seat. Purchase window dates will be communicated on the website and via direct email in advance of the windows opening.
Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members can join the Season Ticket Member Cup Scheme/s for the respective competitions. This can be done during the purchase / renewal process, or via "My Account".
Please note joining the Cup Scheme/s guarantees a ticket for every home game in each respective competition. You will not need to purchase these tickets on a match by match basis.
If you do not join the Cup Schemes, you will be able to purchase tickets with the same priority and pricing as existing Season Ticket Members not on the Cup Scheme.
Fans can purchase their seat during a three day purchase window, which will open three weeks prior to matchday. Purchase window dates will be communicated on the website and via direct email in advance of the windows opening.
Flexi-Gold Season Tickets were on sale on Friday 10 May. Qualifying Cityzens Matchday and Junior Members who have purchased tickets for 15+ home Premier League fixtures since the start of the 2022/23 season were able to purchase one Flexi-Gold Season Ticket per Member, subject to availability.
Tickets are extremely limited and will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis once the sales window opens.
Fans can opt-in to purchase their seat three weeks prior to the game. Match ticket prices will vary according to seat location and opposition. The total amount payable - should you attend 19 fixtures - would be equal to the Gold Season Ticket price for the respective seat, excluding the Membership Fee.
Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members must purchase and attend a minimum of ten 10 Premier League matches over the season.
Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members can select the same guaranteed seat for all Premier League matches they wish to attend, at point of renewal/purchase. There will be several seat locations available around the stadium, subject to availability at the time of purchase.
Tickets will be loaded to a fan's Mobile Membership Pass.
There is no action required, Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members can simply let the sales window pass and we will resell the seat to another fan. No payment will be required.
Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members can purchase their own seat during the sales window, at the Flexi-Gold Season Ticket price. Should this sales window pass, but the fan later wishes to attend the game, they may be able to purchase any other available seats (subject to availability). Please note the price for these tickets will be at the Cityzens Matchday Member rate.

Fans joining as a Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Member in 2024/25 can renew onto a Flexi-Gold Season Ticket for the 2025/26 season. However they cannot renew onto a standard Gold Season Ticket.
Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members will not have access to Ticket Exchange or Ticket Transfer. Fans are able to decide if they wish to purchase their seat three weeks prior to the respective match. Should fans purchase their seat but are then unable to attend, they can receive a refund up to seven days prior to the match.
