A pay-as-you-go style Season Ticket, designed for fans who want the same guaranteed seat for the majority of home City matches, with added flexibility.
Simple and convenient, fans can simply ‘opt in’ and purchase their ticket three weeks before the respective fixture they want to attend, removing the need to manage their Season Ticket for the fixtures they can’t.

- Flexibility. Decide if you want to attend three weeks before the fixture. We will send you a link to purchase your guaranteed seat. Can attend? Follow the link and buy your seat. Can’t attend? Simply do nothing.
- Access to the Season Ticket Cup Schemes, priority on away tickets and Cup Finals, ticket points, City Store and Stadium Tour discounts, and more. New for 2025/26, Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members who purchase a ticket and can no longer attend can transfer their ticket for up to three Premier League matches per season.
- Join for the season with a refundable subscription fee, then pay-as-you-go for Premier League matches throughout the season. Pay over ten months or upfront. Those who purchase their ticket for 16 home Premier League matches over the course of the season will earn back the full amount of their subscription fee.

Three weeks before each Premier League match, decide if you wish to attend and purchase your guaranteed seat during the three day window. Those who purchase their ticket for 16 home Premier League matches over the course of the season will earn back the full amount of their subscription fee.

WHO CAN BUY?
Existing Flexi-Gold, Platinum and Gold Season Ticket Members can renew onto Flexi-Gold as part of the 2025/26 renewals process.
We will also be offering a minimum of 500 new Flexi-Gold Season Tickets to eligible Cityzens Matchday and Junior Members, and this number will increase depending on how many existing Season Ticket Members renew. Priority will be given to those existing Cityzens Matchday Members who have attended the most home Premier League matches during the 2024/25 season, as well as existing Junior Members who are connected to existing 93:20, Gold or Platinum Season Ticket Members. Further information will be communicated in due course.

A Flexi-Gold Season Ticket includes the same guaranteed seat for every home Premier League match fans wish to attend.
Fans can purchase their guaranteed seat during a three day purchase window, which will open three weeks prior to matchday. A link will be sent via email for fans to purchase their guaranteed seat. Purchase window dates will be communicated on the website and via direct email in advance of the windows opening.
Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members can join the Season Ticket Member Cup Scheme/s for the respective competitions. This can be done during the purchase / renewal process, or via "My Account".
Please note joining the Cup Scheme/s guarantees a ticket for every home game in each respective competition. You will not need to purchase these tickets on a match by match basis.
If you do not join the Cup Schemes, you will be able to purchase tickets with the same priority and pricing as existing Season Ticket Members not on the Cup Scheme.
Fans can purchase their seat during a three day purchase window, which will open three weeks prior to matchday. Purchase window dates will be communicated on the website and via direct email in advance of the windows opening.
Existing Flexi-Gold, Platinum and Gold Season Ticket Members can renew onto Flexi-Gold as part of the 2025/26 renewals process.
In addition, a number of Flexi-Gold Season Tickets will be made available for existing Junior Members who are connected to existing 93:20, Gold or Platinum Season Ticket Members. Cityzens Matchday Members will also be offered the opportunity to purchase a Flexi-Gold Season Ticket, subject to qualifying criteria and availability. Further information about this will be communicated after the renewal window closes.
Fans can opt-in to purchase their seat three weeks prior to the game. Match ticket prices will vary according to seat location and opposition. The total amount payable - should you attend 19 fixtures - would be equal to the Gold Season Ticket price for the respective seat, including the refundable Subscription Fee.
Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members must purchase and utilise their ticket for a minimum of ten 10 Premier League matches over the season.
Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members can select the same guaranteed seat for all Premier League matches they wish to attend, at point of renewal/purchase. There will be several seat locations available around the stadium, subject to availability at the time of purchase.
Tickets will be loaded to a fan's Mobile Membership Pass.
There is no action required, Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members can simply let the sales window pass and we will resell the seat to another fan. No payment will be required.
Should Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members purchase their seat but are then unable to attend, they can receive a refund up to seven days prior to the match or (new for 2025/26) can utilise Ticket Transfer for up to x3 occasions per season.
Flexi-Gold Season Ticket Members can purchase their own seat during the sales window, at the Flexi-Gold Season Ticket price. Should this sales window pass, but the fan later wishes to attend the game, they may be able to purchase any other available seats (subject to availability). Please note the price for these tickets will be at the Cityzens Matchday Member rate.
