Our next UCL away match, sees us take on Sporting CP on Tuesday 5th November. 

The Supporter Liaison Officer will be in Lisbon from Monday evening through to matchday. The SLO can be contacted by email on [email protected] or by mobile, +44 (0)7827 997817.

Local police have advised to arrive at the stadium using the metro and depart at 'Telheiras Station'.  It is strictly forbidden for Manchester City fans to arrive at Campo Grande Station. 

When leaving the stadium, fans will be escorted back to 'Telheiras Station' by the police. 

 

Any flags & banners being taken into the stadium must be submitted in advance.

  • Fan Meeting Point

    The fan meeting point has been advised as ‘Rossio Square’ there are plenty of bars here.

  • Travel to the Stadium

    The best way to travel to the stadium is using the Metro and departing as 'Telheiras Station'. Fans are advised to start getting on the metro from 5.30pm. Police will escort fans from the station to the stadium. 

    When leaving the stadium, fans will be escorted back to 'Telheiras Station'

    Campo Grande Station is strictly forbidden.

    Fans arriving by taxi can be dropped off at Telheiras Station or McDonald's near the stadium.

  • Wheelchair Users

    • Wheelchair users are located within the home are of the stadium
    • Fans will enter at entrance 'VIP Hall'
    • Our Disabled Access Officer will be in Lisbon and can be contacted on +447464981321
  • Tickets for this fixture will be issued as digital tickets - Tickets can be scanned on your mobile phone.
  • Duplicate tickets will not be issued
  • Turnstiles will open 2 hours before kick-off
  • It is recommended that fans arrive no later than 1 hour before kick-off.
  • Fans may be kept behind after the end of the game for up to 20-30 minutes until local police deem it safe to leave.
  • Food & Beverage will be available inside the Stadium.
  • Only card payments are accepted. Cash will NOT be accepted in the ground.
  • Flags sized 2mx3m are allowed inside the stadium subject to security checks. Any larger flags will require a fire certificate. Flag poles are not allowed. 
  • All flags and banners must be submitted in advance by sending an image/size to [email protected]
  • Small bags are allowed inside the stadium subject to security checks.

As guardians of this great Club, we all have a responsibility to act as ambassadors of not only Manchester City, but also the city of Manchester.

This includes respecting The Club’s values and we will not tolerate discriminatory behaviour of any kind. Anyone found to be behaving in a discriminatory manner will be banned from attending matches.

Get an emergency travel document

You can apply for an emergency travel document if you’re abroad and your passport has been lost or stolen, damaged or expired, and you can’t get a new or replacement passport in time to travel.

If the person needing the emergency travel document is under 16, a parent or guardian should apply on their behalf.

If you are arrested

You can contact the British Consulate and request consular assistance if you are arrested, however they cannot get you out of prison, represent you in court or pay your bills. If you wish to contact an embassy official to ask they contact your next of kin, please make this request clear to the local police authorities.

Please ensure you keep the Supporter Liaison Officer updated at any time you speak to the British Consulate or have to make use of any of the emergency number.

 Lost Wallets

If you lose your wallet, please try to cancel your credit cards as soon as possible. British Embassy officials cannot give you money to help you return home. You can use most major credit cards to obtain money from cash machines if you have your PIN. The British Embassy can provide you with telephone and internet facilities during opening hours.
