Local police have advised to arrive at the stadium using the metro and depart at 'Telheiras Station'. It is strictly forbidden for Manchester City fans to arrive at Campo Grande Station.
When leaving the stadium, fans will be escorted back to 'Telheiras Station' by the police.
Any flags & banners being taken into the stadium must be submitted in advance.

The best way to travel to the stadium is using the Metro and departing as 'Telheiras Station'. Fans are advised to start getting on the metro from 5.30pm. Police will escort fans from the station to the stadium.

Campo Grande Station is strictly forbidden.
Fans arriving by taxi can be dropped off at Telheiras Station or McDonald's near the stadium.

Get an emergency travel document
You can apply for an emergency travel document if you’re abroad and your passport has been lost or stolen, damaged or expired, and you can’t get a new or replacement passport in time to travel.

If you are arrested
You can contact the British Consulate and request consular assistance if you are arrested, however they cannot get you out of prison, represent you in court or pay your bills. If you wish to contact an embassy official to ask they contact your next of kin, please make this request clear to the local police authorities.
Please ensure you keep the Supporter Liaison Officer updated at any time you speak to the British Consulate or have to make use of any of the emergency number.
Lost Wallets
If you lose your wallet, please try to cancel your credit cards as soon as possible. British Embassy officials cannot give you money to help you return home. You can use most major credit cards to obtain money from cash machines if you have your PIN. The British Embassy can provide you with telephone and internet facilities during opening hours.
