The Fan Support Team will be located at the West Ticket Office at Wembley Stadium from 11:00 am on matchday.

TRAVEL
Wembley Stadium benefits from easy access to three rail / London Underground stations. These are:
- Wembley Stadium station (Chiltern Railways)
- Wembley Park station (London Underground Jubilee and Metropolitan lines)
- Wembley Central station (London Underground Bakerloo line, London Overground, London Midland and Southern lines.
Transport for London | Ultra Low Emission Zone Expansion

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
Assistance is available from Wembley Stadium’s Customer Relations team, who can be identified in and around the stadium in red jackets. They can be found in the following spots:
Wembley Park Underground Station - near to the passenger lifts
Near to the Purple Zone
At the entrance of Wembley’s Official Car Parks
On Olympic Way (Formerly Wembley Way)
- Manchester City's Fan Support Team will be located in the West Ticket office from 11:00am.
- Tickets for this match are mobile tickets that you will be required to add to your Apple/Google Wallet.
- Turnstiles will be open from 1.00 pm, and hospitality will open at 12.00 pm.
- You can view your seat here before arriving at Wembley Stadium.
- It is recommended that fans arrive during the time slot listed on your ticket.
- Food & Beverage will be available inside the Stadium.
- Only card payments are accepted. Cash will NOT be accepted in the ground.
- Flags sized 2mx3m are allowed inside the stadium subject to security checks. Any larger flags will require a fire certificate. Flag poles are not allowed.
- Small bags are allowed inside the stadium subject to security checks.

We have been allocated Box Park as our official Fanzone for the FA Cup Final at Wembley.
Come and join all the pre-match fun at our main Fanzone at Box Park, where we will be hosting a City Square show with great competitions hosted by Danny Jackson and Wingman, with music from DJ Baz Kirkley. Gates are open from 10:00 AM until 14:00 PM. To purchase tickets here
Please note: only fans with a valid matchday ticket will be permitted entry to Box Park. This fanzone is for City fans only. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25. Please ensure you bring an ID.
As guardians of this great Club, we all have a responsibility to act as ambassadors of not only Manchester City, but also the city of Manchester.
This includes respecting The Club’s values and we will not tolerate discriminatory behaviour of any kind. Anyone found to be behaving in a discriminatory manner will be banned from attending matches.

There is an enforced no-street-drinking zone on Olympic Way.
Fans drinking on Olympic Way & the surrounding streets will be asked to hand over their alcohol and enforcement action may be considered.
Persistent standing during a match at Wembley Stadium is strictly forbidden (unless with a ticket for the safe standing area) and may result in ejection from the ground.
