The Fan Support Team will be located at the West Ticket Office at Wembley Stadium from 12pm on matchday.

    Wembley Stadium benefits from easy access to three rail / London Underground stations. These are:

    • Wembley Stadium station
    • Wembley Park station

    Wembley Central station is closed due to planned engineering works affecting the Bakerloo and London Overground lines.

    You can plan your journey using the Transport for London website.

  • Wheelchair Users

    All of the information about Wembley Stadium service for guests with access requirements can be found here.

    Members of the Manchester City Access Team will be at Wembley Stadium on the day should you need any support.

  • Manchester City's Fan Support Team will be located in the West Ticket office from 12pm
  • Tickets for this match are mobile tickets that you will be required to add to your Apple/Google Wallet.
  • Turnstiles will be open from 2.00pm, hospitality will open at 1.00pm
  • It is recommended that fans arrive during the time slot listed on your ticket
  • Food & Beverage will be available inside the Stadium.
  • Only card payments are accepted. Cash will NOT be accepted in the ground.
  • Flags sized 2mx3m are allowed inside the stadium subject to security checks. Any larger flags will require a fire certificate. Flag poles are not allowed.
  • Small bags are allowed inside the stadium subject to security checks.

Wembley Central station is closed due to planned engineering works affecting the Bakerloo and London Overground lines.

The Manchester City Fan Zone is located on the west side of the stadium.

Enjoy food and drink (including alcohol) while listening to the latest sounds from our resident DJ.

The fan zones will be open from 11.00 and close 30 minutes prior to kick-off. They will stop serving alcohol one hour before kick-off.

Supporters will need to present a valid stadium ticket to enter and spaces are limited. The stadium’s bag policy (see below) also applies to anyone visiting the fan zone

As guardians of this great Club, we all have a responsibility to act as ambassadors of not only Manchester City, but also the city of Manchester.

This includes respecting The Club’s values and we will not tolerate discriminatory behaviour of any kind. Anyone found to be behaving in a discriminatory manner will be banned from attending matches.

If you witness any anti-social or discriminatory behaviour on the day, text HELP to 66566 or contact your nearest steward.

There is an enforced no-street-drinking zone on Olympic Way.

Fans drinking on Olympic Way &the surrounding streets will be asked to hand over their alcohol and enforcement action may be considered.

Persistent standing during a match at Wembley Stadium is strictly forbidden (unless with a ticket for the safe standing area) and may result in ejection from the ground.

Supporters who booked coaches through the Club directly, will receive the relevant information by email from Sportsworld. Departure starts from both pick up points at 6:30am but we advise to check the details sent through via email.
