WHAT’s new for 2024/25?
Working alongside City Matters, we will continue to offer guaranteed refunds for 12 matches for the 2024/25 season.
Guaranteed refunds are granted to Season Ticket Members who list their seat on the Ticket Exchange no later than 10 days prior to each of the 12 matches. You can continue to list within 10 days of the match, however the refund is not guaranteed and is subject to the ticket reselling.
Listed seats will be available for fans to purchase approximately 4 weeks before the match.
If your seat remains unsold 3 hours before kick-off you will receive an alert on matchday, the ticket will be returned and you can still attend the game or Transfer your ticket.
Please note, the deadline for listing is now 6 hours prior to kick-off.
- Listed tickets will go on sale to other supporters approximately 4 weeks before matchday or when we sell out of general admission tickets, whichever comes first
- If your seat sells, you will receive your funds for that match in your UK-nominated bank account once the match has taken place. Should your seat be sold, the funds for this match will be paid directly into your UK-nominated bank account is typically 15 days, although this can take up to 45 days.
- We keep your seat on sale up to 24 hours before kick-off, though if your seat doesn’t sell, we’ll notify you via email so you still have a chance to attend or transfer your ticket to another Family & Friend. Click here for more information
14 match policy
We understand it’s not always possible to attend all 19 Premier League home games. For games you can’t make, our Ticket Exchange and Ticket Transfer options allow for other City Fans to cheer on the team.
Please note, Season Ticket Members are required to attend the game, list on the Ticket Exchange, or transfer their ticket for at least fourteen home Premier League matches a season. If this criteria is not met, you may not be able to continue to use your Season Ticket.
