The young Spaniard is already making first team waves

Brahim Diaz is a Spanish midfielder who joined City from Malaga.

His ability allowed him to be fast-tracked to the Under 18s side, making his debut in the 1-1 draw with Liverpool in November 2015 despite only turning 16 three months before.

Brahim scored his first goal for Jason Wilcox’s side in the 2-2 draw with Blackburn three weeks after his debut for the U18s.

The young Spaniard has also appeared for the U19s side this season, featuring in the UEFA Youth League home games against Sevilla and Borussia Monchengladbach – scoring in the latter.

His debut season was capped off with him playing his part in the U18s securing the Barclays U18 Premier League title, as well as starring in the young Blues side that reached the FA Youth Cup final.

His talent has also been noticed on the international stage, with the 16-year old receiving his praise for his performances for Spain U17s in the 2016 UEFA European Under-17 Championships in Azerbaijan.
