Luca joined the Club as a scholar in 2023 after progressing through Reading’s Academy ranks. 

A versatile forward who primarily operates through the middle, Fletcher has explosive acceleration and speed that defenders find hard to match. 

Also a clinical finisher in front of goal, Luca is excited by the opportunity to add goals to the Under-18s in his debut season at Manchester City .
