Isaac signed for City in 2016 and has impressed consistently with his reading of the game and ball-winning ability.
Isaac signed his scholarship with the Club in July 2021 and progressed to the Under-18s for the 2021/22 season.
He featured 18 times for the title-winning side and made his debut for the EDS as a late substitute during the 5-3 win over Blackburn Rovers.
Isaac progressed to the EDS for the 2022/23 season and continued to perfect his craft throughout a second season at Premier League 2 level in 2023/24.
Injuries put a stop to the defender’s appearances in the latter stages of last season but Smith will be looking to make his return in the 2024/25 campaign.
