The attacker joined City in 2018 from Ipswich Town.
A regular with England at Youth level, Ben was a key figure in the Under-18 Premier League Cup triumph of 2019 before progressing full-time to the EDS squad for 2019/20.
Ben spent the 2021/22 season on loan at League One side Crewe Alexandra.
