Below you will find important service information ahead of our Carabao Cup away fixture against Preston North End, Tuesday 24th September 7.45pm kick off.

We ask you to arrive early to ensure that there are no delays in entering the stadium.

Supporters attending this match are advised not to take any bags unless essential. Small bags or backpacks (which must fit under your seat) will be searched, in accordance with visiting supporter stand security procedures, which may cause a delay in entering the stadium.

Supporters are advised to always allow extra time to travel on a match day and plan ahead.


Duplicate Tickets can be collected from the Away Ticket office located in the Bill Shankly Kop. It will be open 90 minutes before kick-off.

All visiting supporters are in the Bill Shankly Kop which is behind the goal. For any concession tickets sold, concessionary age may be challenged at the turnstile, so it is advisable to bring the relevant identification with you.

The Club accepts no liability for tickets purchased through unofficial channels.


Deepdale Retail Park is an approximate ten-minute walk from the stadium and has various food and shopping outlets to occupy your time, should you be arriving early. Matchday parking is not permitted on the retail park and vehicles are left at the owner’s risk.

Sainsbury’s is just over the road from Deepdale, no more than a five-minute walk and two minutes’ drive away. Sainsbury’s also has a café, a petrol station and a garage should you need to fill up before your journey home. Matchday parking is not permitted on Sainsbury’s and vehicles are left at the owner’s risk.


There are free to use cash machines located at Sainsbury’s and at the Spar on Blackpool Road, both within walking distance of the stadium.


If you ever witness crime, vandalism, violence, drugs, the use of smoke bombs and pyrotechnics or abusive behaviour from visiting or home supporters, inside or outside a Stadium, contact a steward as soon as you can and report your concerns.

Deepdale is a smoke free venue. Use of Cigarettes, Vaporizers or E-Cigarettes is not permitted inside the stadium. Supporters are not able to exit and re-enter the stadium for any reason.

Should you require any information from Manchester City Supporter Services, the phone lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Both facilities will open at 10am on Thursday’s and are closed Weekend’s and Bank Holidays except where there is a First Team home match. For this fixture Supporter Services will be open from 9am until 8pm.
