Below you will find important service information ahead of our away fixture against Fulham FC, on Saturday 30th March, 12:30pm kick-off. We ask you to arrive early to ensure that there are no delays in entering the stadium.

Supporters attending this match are advised not to take any bags unless essential. Bags will be searched, in accordance with visiting supporter stand security procedures, which may cause a delay in entering the stadium.

Supporters are made aware, on the day of the game there will not be a service to the nearest underground station, Putney Bridge, and supporters will be advised to seek an alternative route to Craven Cottage.

BY CAR

Parking around Craven Cottage is extremely limited and access to the surrounding streets on a matchday is restricted by a Traffic Management Order. There is a one-hour maximum stay policy for non-residential pay and display visitors between 9am and 9.30pm on all Monday to Sunday matchdays, including Bank Holidays.

BY UNDERGROUND

Fulham Broadway (Zone 2) Distance from Craven Cottage: 1.3 miles District Line In spite of its name, Fulham Broadway is not the closest Underground station to Craven Cottage. It is approximately a 20 – 40 min walk from the stadium. Where possible, supporters seeking to board District Line services should use Putney Bridge station. Even Parson’s Green station (also on the District Line) is marginally closer to the stadium than Fulham Broadway.

BY RAIL

Putney Railway Station (Zone 2&3) Distance from Craven Cottage: 1.2 miles South West Trains The closest mainline railway station to Craven Cottage is Putney, located on Putney High Street, south of the River Thames. The station is 17 – 35 min walk from the stadium, passing many shops, bars and ATM machines en route. The station can be easily reached by train from other railway hubs, including Clapham Junction (5 min) and Waterloo (13 min).

BY BUS

From Kingston-upon-Thames bus station - Take either the number 85 or C4 bus to Putney Bridge.

The ground is approximately 10 - 15 min walk from Putney Bridge. From Hammersmith - Catch the following bus which run down Fulham Palace Road: 220. From Putney - Catch either the 74, 424 or the 220 to Fulham Palace Road. For further details call the London Transport Line on 0843 322 1234

TICKET COLLECTIONS

Supporters who have arranged duplicate tickets to be collected at Craven Cottage can do so

from Ticket Collection Booths, located to the left of the Ticket Office on Stevenage Road no earlier than 2 hours prior to kick off. Supporters must provide Photo ID.

ACCESSIBILITY

Customer Contact points at Craven Cottage have portable induction loops for supporters with hearing aids.

There are 4 dedicated Access Stewards, serving each stand. These stewards wear purple jackets.

Our Catering Team provide an in-seat order service to disabled fans. Please ask your nearest steward for an order form

The Club has 10 radio headsets available to supporters with visual impairments. A headset can be booked in advance by calling the Disability Liaison Officer on 020 8336 7477.

OFFICIAL MATCH TICKET

The Away Supporters’ Area is in the Putney End Stand.

Supporters are located in Blocks P5-P7. Please find the correct turnstile printed on your match day ticket. It is important that aisles are kept clear and supporter do not stand in the hatched areas.

The Club accepts no liability for tickets purchased through unofficial channels.

CASH MACHINE

There are no ATMs at the stadium.

The closest ATM machine is located in the Londis Convenience Store at 58 Kenyon Street, SW6 6LB. This machine charges £1.50 per transaction.

CODE OF CONDUCT: RESPECT THE BADGE

If you ever witness crime, vandalism, violence, drugs, the use of smoke bombs and pyrotechnics or abusive behaviour from visiting or home supporters, inside or outside a Stadium, contact a steward as soon as you can and report your concerns.

Supporters travelling via public transport are asked to be mindful of other passengers travelling and respect the staff on board.

We will open at 10am on Thursday and are closed on Weekends/Bank Holidays except where there is a First Team home match.
