Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum and Gold Seasoncard who are not registered on the League Cup Scheme are kindly reminded that their seasonal seat is not guaranteed for any Cup game played at the Etihad Stadium.
Please note: All Cityzens with a 2018/19 Platinum/Gold Seasoncard who are registered on the 2018/19 League Cup Scheme will have payment taken from their nominated debit/credit card week commencing 15th October.
10 ticket points will be awarded for attending each game. Platinum members will be awarded 20 ticket points per game.

Forgotten your online log in?
Supporters purchasing online will need to have a valid email address which is already registered with the Club, and a valid supporter number, before they can log into their account online. If any supporter has forgotten their password, they will have the option to request a new password which will be sent to their registered email address. You can also view your ticket points online by logging in here and clicking ‘My Account’.

Supporters will have their seat relocated to an alternative area within the stadium. All supporters will be allocated a seat as near to their seasonal seat as possible.
Upon receipt of your email confirmation, if you find that you are unhappy with the seat location that you have been provided, you will have the opportunity to contact us to choose an alternative seat location. It is important to remember that we have a significant number of supporters on the League Cup Scheme, and whilst we will endeavour to allocate you the best available seat, this may not be possible due to availability.
Should Colin Bell Stand Level 3 and South Stand Level 3 open for this fixture, there is no guarantee that this will be offered back to a supporter prior to offering the seat for sale, based on the time that the Club receives the seat and the match taking place. All Cup Schemes are subject to Manchester City Football Club Limited’s 2018-19 Seasoncard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Ground Regulations.
