Lyon v City: Supporter information

Important supporter information ahead of our Champions League fixture away to Lyon on Tuesday 27 November, kick-off 9.00pm local time.

We ask you to arrive at least one-hour prior to kick-off to allow for security checks and ensure there are no delays in entering the stadium.

Travel Advice for this match can be found here but key information is called out below.

Fan area

The local restaurants and bars surrounding Square Bellecour are recommended for your use during the day.

Transport

It has been strongly recommended that you follow the advice from Olympique Lyonnais and the local police with regards to transport pre-and post-match.  Please visit www.mancity.com/cityzenslyon for further information.

When you arrive at the stadium you are advised to avoid the North End, as this is where the Ultras congregate.

Accessing the stadium

Supporters are located in the North East section of stadium. Turnstiles open 2-hours prior to kick-off. Please find the correct turnstile printed on your matchday ticket. It is important that aisles are kept clear at all times. The Club accepts no liability for tickets purchased through unofficial channels.

There is a wide accessible wheelchair platform directly beneath the visitor’s section and the facilities are very good.

The local police have advised that all supporters arrive at least 1-hour before kick-off as the security checks at the entrance may take some time. Anyone not in the stadium 15-minutes before kick-off may be delayed in entering the stadium. The final decision as to who enters the stadium lies with Olympique Lyonnais and the local police.

Ticket collections

Any supporter collecting tickets can do so from the Club’s Supporter Liaison Officer who will be located outside the away end, two-hours before kick-off.

Food and drink

Is available inside the stadium, cash (euros) only. Please note that alcohol will not be served in the away end.

Bags and luggage

Bags, rucksacks and luggage are not allowed in to the stadium.
